What are the SANC fees for 2026?
Standard Yearly Charges
The following table lists the various types of nurses' annual fees for the year 2026.
Annual fee reductions for those over 60 years old
According to the table below, the council decided to lower costs for nurses who are 60 years of age or older.
On January 1, 2026, 60 to 64 years of age (a 25% reduction)
Those who turn 65 on January 31, 2026, and beyond (50 percent reduction)
Practitioners may be asked to provide a certified copy of their identity certificate as proof of age in order to be eligible for the discount amounts.
Please Note:
The SANC must collect the 2026 annual fees by December 31, 2025, at the latest.
All the amounts shown in the above tables include 15% VAT.
The sums are calculated to the closest R10.
2026 Restoration Fees
This table lists the restoration fees for each category that will be in effect on January 1, 2026.
