  • Please note: We are closed Thursday, 24 September for Heritage Day. Friday, 25 September runs as normal. 

What to expect on arrival 

Check in with security at the front desk when you arrive. They will guide you straight up to our recruitment consultants. Our friendly team will introduce you to our agency, get your documents uploaded to your Staffshift profile, and get you ready to start working. We also supply your Ambition24hours tunic and agency ID free of charge. 

What to Bring 

To complete your registration in one sitting, bring along: 

  • SANC: Valid registration and annual proof of payment 

  • Identification: South African ID (Original ID, or a certified copy) 

  • Qualifications: Degree, diploma, or training certificates 

  • Compliance: Indemnity cover and immunisation records 

  • Payroll: Bank account details for weekly pay setup

Bring a Theatre Nurse, Earn a Referral 

If you know a theatre nurse who's been meaning to register with us, bring them along. Under our Theatre Nurse Referral Programme, a valid referral is worth up to R1,000 depending on the nurse's SANC category - but the referral email has to reach us before they walk in on the day, not after.

  • Either is fine - you can bring originals or certified copies of your documents. Note that your ID copy specifically needs to be certified.

  • No - Open Days are for nurses who haven't registered with us yet. If you're already registered, there's no need to come in.
