  • Pay Rate: Earn up to R150.00* per hour

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Valid South African Nursing Council (SANC) registration.

  • Experience in a theatre ward environment.

  • Clinical Facilitation qualification or relevant training experience.

  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and support clinical staff.

  • Strong understanding of clinical protocols, infection control, and patient safety is essential.

  • Must be available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Facilitator, your role will include:

  • Providing on-the-floor clinical support and guidance to nursing staff in the theatre ward.

  • Facilitating clinical teaching and training sessions for staff and students.

  • Ensuring adherence to clinical standards, protocols, and best practices.

  • Assisting with orientation and onboarding of new staff.
